This video presents the Approches Fonctionnelles et Structurales des InterActions Cellulaires (ASIA) platform, a biotechnology platform of the Université of Lorraine, located at the Faculty of Sciences and Technologies of Vandœuvre-lès-Nancy. The thread running through the video is the resolution of a scientific problem (fungal infection of a vine), presented in the introduction, using 4 of the 24 devices available on the platform. The viewer follows a user who explains the principle behind the various techniques, the experts in charge of the devices and the results obtained.
